Our neurology clinics are conveniently located in Hickory, Taylorsville, Denver and Lincolnton. The Hickory office, centrally located between Asheville and Statesville, can be found on the sixth floor of the First Plaza Building at 1985 Tate Boulevard. Physician referrals are welcomed and our website allows you to download and complete necessary paperwork prior to your visit.
